How long can I rent the gown(s) for?
The entire gown rental period is 4 days – inclusive of the day of the collection and return. Additional charges of 10% of rental charges nett per day will apply beyond the rental period.
Do note that a security deposit of 50% of the sales price per gown is required upon confirmation. This will be fully refunded upon return of the gown in its original condition. Additional charges may apply for return of a damaged gown.
How do I collect my gown(s)?
Upon receiving your order, we will contact you within 3 working days to confirm the gown is available for your date as well as arranging 1 fitting session, collection and return.
Why is a 50% security deposit required when I will only require your service much later?
Upon payment of a security deposit, we will help to soft book the gown of your selection for your wedding date/shoot – this ensures that you have a gown that is already blocked out for your date. This prevents other clients from booking the same gown that you have expressed interest in.
Why am I only allowed to choose up to 3 gowns for fitting?
This is to maintain the quality of our gowns.
