Can I leave my rolls in room temperature?

All our produce has no added preservatives, hence the shelf life is limited. Due to Singapore weather, we recommend to consume within the day of purchase or kept in cool temperature of 24°C and below. Kindly use your own discretion about consuming the items after purchase.

 

Rolls: Room temperature is alright for about 6 hours. Beyond that, kindly refrigerate or freeze.

 

To eat:

From the fridge: warm it in microwave for about 20 seconds on high. Cover with aluminium foil and heat it in oven for 4 minutes at 180°C.

 

From the freezer: warm in microwave for about  1 minute on high. Cover with aluminium foil and heat it in oven for 10 minutes at 180°C.

 

Note: All oven and microwave differs, the above is a recommendation, kindly use your own discretion.

How late can I place an order?

2 Working Days. Please make sure you get a confirmation email or WhatsApp from us.

Do you provide delivery?

Yes, we do.  ​

 

• Delivery Timings: 11am to 3pm OR 3pm to 8pm
• Delivery Fee: $12  islandwide (Delivery charge is waived for orders above $200)
• For specific timing of within 1 hour (e.g. 11.30am to 12.30pm), additional surcharge of $4. 
• Note: Except for Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island which will incur extra charges.
