Terms & Conditions

Payment

  • All gowns remain the property of Weihcmil until paid for in full.

  • Customers should retain their receipts as proof of purchase, and be sure to have read this “Terms and Conditions” notice and fully understand its requirements.

  • Payment Methods: Bank Transfer / PayNow / Cash

 

Fittings

  • You can choose up to 3 gowns for 1 fitting session.

  • Any additional gown for fitting will be charged at $50 each. Once confirmed purchase or rental, this cost will be waived off.

 

Alterations

  • All alterations are separate to the gown price and will be quoted on an individual basis.

  • Weihcmil offers a fitting and alterations service, but it is an independent service to the shop provided by alterations specialists.

  • Fittings and alterations works may be carried elsewhere for sales gown (not rental) if required, customers are not obliged to use the services provided by Weihcmil.

  • After the deposit has been paid and agreement has been signed, Weihcmil CANNOT AND WILL NOT accept any responsibility in respect of any changes which may occur in the customer’s size and body shape.

  • Approximate alteration time is 8 – 12 weeks. Expediated time is available at a cost.

 

Liability (Sales Gowns)

  • Ownership of the gown will pass to you when collection is made and you will as from the date of collection become responsible for all risk of loss of or damage to the gown(s).

  • All sales gowns are non-refundable.

 

Liability (Rental)

  • Weihcmil shall not be liable for any damage to the gown(s) arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party or use otherwise than as recommended by Weihcmil or failure to follow Weihcmil’s instructions or any alteration or repair carried out without Weihcmil’s approval.

  • You are responsible for the gown(s) at all times throughout the Rental Period and any extension.

  • You are liable for all loss or damage caused to the gown(s) in their full replacement cost or value whichever is the higher. You must tell us in writing of any loss of or damage to the products without delay and you will pay to Weihcmil the full cost of the sale price or the repair of the gown(s).

  • If the gown(s) is/are held beyond the agreed Rental Period, they remain in your possession without our consent. We will charge you 10% of rental charges/day per gown for up to 14 days after agreed upon return date, after which you will be liable for 1.5x the sale price of each gown. In the event of refusal to return the gown(s), Weihcmil reserves the right to take legal action against you.

 

Quality

  • Weihcmil will use our best efforts to ensure the gowns are provided clean and in a wearable condition. Should a gown have a defect or any marks that we are aware of, this will be pointed out during the appointment. However, it is your responsibility to inspect the gown(s) before purchase to ensure that you are happy with the condition.

  • Failure to notify us means that you have accepted the gowns in the quantity, quality and condition in which they were received.

 

Cancellation

  • In the event of cancellation, deposits or any payments made by customer are non-refundable.
